The season has started so you don't have to train OFF ICE until tryouts next year...yea right. The biggest mistake athletes make is think they've arrived. It is a journey, not a sprint. So you need to continue to keep your body ultimately in a state of growth and improvement while providing adequate recovery time. Teams that train together are successful together. Just because your team doesn't do any "DRYLAND"...also known as LAND as most land is dry, unless around flood areas. Do the training on your own or get a solid training program...I may even suggest Cardio X Training. Be part of Cardio X Nation...
